Some of our Year 4 Griffins enjoyed a trip to local school, St Paul’s, to complete a Shakespeare day based around performing arts, working towards the performance of The Tempest.
Throughout the day the children took part in various activities including exploring props, positioning on stage and freeze framing their final image and how to refine transitions between scenes to ensure these were seamless.
From dress rehearsal to the final performance, all Griffins involved worked extremely hard and did Park Lane proud; at the end of the evening they received a well deserved standing ovation from the audience. Well done to you all!
