George at Kits Academy is pleased to confirm the HAF programme will be delivered at Park Lane Primary School over the upcoming Summer holidays. There will be a programme of face-to-face activities such as multi sports, which also includes food daily, available for each qualifying child (aged 5-13) during the 6 weeks of the Summer holidays.
This provision will be available for take up from Wednesday 26th July to Friday 1st September (not including bank holidays). Spaces are limited so therefore do get in touch/ book promptly to avoid disappointment. The sessions are charged at ÂŁ14 per day (9.00-3.30).
For those who are in receipt of benefits tested free school meals, you can access the HAF programme completely free of charge. If you qualify, you should have received a HAF code via text/ e-mail from WCC (Warwickshire County Council). Families can then use this code to book activities direct with providers. If you scroll to locate Park Lane and then if qualified, use the HAF code NUNEATONHAF23. Following this, enter your childâs unique HAF code when filling out their information. Please note each code will be checked with WCC before the attendance of sessions.
