A relatively new proud tradition for all schools within the Griffin Schools Trust, is the celebration of International Dance Day.
International Dance Day is a global celebration of dance and its aim is to encourage people of all ages to engage in the art form by participating in events and festivals across the world.
This year our dance is to the piece S.I.N.G. by My Chemical Romance, chosen as the lyrics are relevant to our Change Makers theme.
The choreography has been created by dance students from Nicholas Chamberlaine School. The choreography itself is in three levels which has made the dance accessible to all. The children have been busy practising over the past few weeks and we cannot wait to share their efforts with you once all of the footage has been collated this afternoon!
