As you know, over the next two weeks, our children will be taking part in various arts activities during our Griffin Arts Festival. The children will be developing their own skills within the arts and will be exposed to various art forms during that time.
On Tuesday 11th July, our Park Lane Griffins would like to invite you to take part in the Griffin Arts Festival Celebration Event. This will consist of a main performance and a chance for you to come into school to view the children’s visual artwork. The main performance will take place on the KS1 playground so you may decide to bring picnic chairs/ blankets to fully enjoy the show. Refreshments will also be on sale during this time.
The performance will be split into two parts: our Mini Griffins and Preschool children will kick start the celebrations and then the rest of the school will perform shortly after. Nursery performances will be 1:55-2:10PM and then 2:15-3:00PM for Reception – Year 6.
Once all performances have concluded, our school doors will be opened and you will be invited in to see all of the artwork created during GAF. Families are welcome to come and view the artwork which will be displayed until 5PM on this evening.
If you are unable to attend the performance, we will aim to create a video of performances to share with our families at a later date.
