Next Friday, 1st March, marks one of our favourite Proud Traditions, Founders Day.
Founders Day is a time to reflect on our foundations and what it means to be a Griffin. Each year, it is customary for our Griffins to be encouraged to fundraise for those in need within our local community. Our chosen charity this year is the Nuneaton and Warwickshire Wildlife Sanctuary.
Each year group will be completing a different fundraising activity on the day itself. This will be outlined on the sponsorship form that the children will be sent home with today. If the children are able to raise any sponsorships, however small, it will be truly appreciated.
Geoff, the Founder of the charity, will be attending our School assembly, on Founders Day, to give the children information on what his role, and the role of the other volunteers in his team, entails. We are certain that this will encourage the children to complete their tasks on the day with great pride and resilience. We thank you in advance for your support and generosity.
