Please find the attached letter and information regarding your child’s yearly flu immunisation completed with a nasal spray. This year it will take place in school on Wednesday 20th September. You will need to complete the link below to either give consent for your child to have it or to state that you do not wish for them to have it on this date. The form will need to be completed by 10th September so please complete promptly.
We have been advised that if you have more than 1 child at the school, you will need to re complete the form for each separate child. Thank you!
