What an out-of-this-world day our Year 5s had on their trip to the National Space Centre!
They began their adventure in the planetarium, where they learned all about the life of astronauts and what it really takes to survive in space — from floating in zero gravity to tackling daily challenges aboard the ISS!
Next, the children got hands-on as they explored the interactive exhibits, including amazing rocket launch simulations that had everyone feeling like real space explorers.
To top it all off, they enjoyed a live show packed with weird and gross space facts!
A fantastic day filled with curiosity, awe and plenty of cosmic fun. Well done, Year 5!
