What a fantastic World Book Day we had at Park Lane Primary…
The halls and classrooms were buzzing with excitement as vibrant characters filled every nook and corridor. From the whimsical Willy Wonkas to the magical Mary Poppins and, of course, the ever-famous Harry Potter, the pupils of Park Lane truly brought their books to life! 
The day was packed with exciting book-related activities that sparked creativity and enthusiasm. Our pupils dived into a treasure trove of storytelling, crafting their own tales and even participating in fun dress-up competitions. It was heartwarming to see so many little ones embracing their favourite characters and sharing their bookish passion with friends.
One of the highlights was our Reading Café, where families came together to share the joys of reading. It was lovely to witness parents and children alike exchanging stories and exploring new adventures in the wonderful world of books. The scent of the pages of beloved stories and the hum of laughter and storytelling, creating a truly magical atmosphere.
