The final day of term saw the most wonderful way to finish off the first half term at Park Lane! We had an epic whole school reading celebration assembly (in full fancy dress) and cheered on another cohort of readers getting their air miles: badges and certificates, landing on Mercury!!
Griffins and their lovely families, have really risen to the rocket readers challenge. We have been thrilled to award 69 certificates and badges for landing on Mercury and further 2 super space cadets’ have been awarded “Venus” certificates and badges, for recording a whopping 45 time at home, since September!
*Reading Space Cadets are reminded to wear all their badges with pride every day*
Five lucky children were also selected having been entered in to our “100% Quizzers” raffle!

We were also delighted to hand out 4 pen licenses for awesome handwriting!
