Kits Academy will be running an Easter Camp at Park Lane Primary School similarly to previous school holidays. Costings start from £11 per day; however, they will also be accepting HAF codes during the Easter break.
The dates are as follows:
Monday 3rd April – Thursday 6th April 2023
Tuesday 11th April – Friday 14th April 2023
FAQ Who is the HAF programme for?
This holiday provision is for school aged children in full time education (Kits Academy support Years 1-8), who receive benefits-related free school meals.
How many days do I receive during Easter?
A maximum amount of 4 sessions can be booked.
How can I access my HAF code?
The Warwickshire HAF team made several key changes to the HAF programme this year and how HAF codes are sent to eligible families. HAF codes will need to be applied for via a brief online form, this is to ensure we have the correct contact details and the preferred method of how the HAF code is sent, alongside agreeing to our terms and conditions of the HAF programme.
This form only takes a couple of minutes to complete, with a separate form required for each eligible young person.

Once HAF codes are processed and sent to families, this unique code will last the academic year so there is no need for new codes to be re-issued for each holiday period. The code will be valid for Christmas, Easter and Summer so keep it safe. We can always re-send it if you do misplace your code, just email hafprogramme@warwickshire.gov.uk with the full name and date of birth for each young person you have previously completed the form for and then misplaced the code.
