Some of our Year 6 Pupil Leadership Team had the pleasure of a visit to London today. During their visit, they had a guided tour of Westminster Palace (Houses of Parliament) including the robing rooms, House of Lords and House of Commons. They met with Nuneaton MP – Jodie Gosling – where the children had the opportunity to ask questions and also tell her about things they wanted to improve in the local area.
Following this, they enjoyed some sight seeing in London including a visit to Big Ben, the London Eye, 10 Downing Street and Buckingham Palace. We hope they had a wonderful time!
