We are thrilled to announce that after battling over 1700 other students, Jake S (6SM) represented Park Lane in the first ever Griffin Schools Trust Spelling Bee and successfully won first place! We are ecstatic that even under an immense amount of pressure he spelt all of his words correctly (including a blind spell where he had never seen the words pre-test).
